McKeldin Fountain Model in Baltimore, MDThis is an accurate 3D scale model of the McKeldin Fountain in Baltimore, Maryland. I was requested to go to the site in person, take photo references, and make the model to be used to preserve it before construction was done to take down the fountain. Naturally I took around five thousand photos using a 5 foot model as a reference for size. The cylinder that can be seen on the bridge on the left side of the fountain is exactly five feet tall. The fountain as a whole is comprised of several elevated geometrical shapes with several cascading waterfalls, stairs, bridges, and a tunnel going through the central area.

National Marine Bank in Baltimore, MDThis is an 3D model of the National Marine Bank I made as a part of the UMBC Early Baltimore Restoration Project in which we use historical images of old buildings in Baltimore to make a reconstruction of it throughout history. As a scale reference I used nearby stop signs and people to approximate average heights of the windows, bricks, and structure. The historical images showed slight amounts of bank line dividers, teller booths, and an upstairs area with cubicles within the windows.
